The amendment requires the publisher to change online information if the offender pleads to a lesser charge. Summary of the bill as introduced: Requires an entity who publishes on a public website a mug shot of a person whose charges have been discharged, dismissed or found not guilty to remove, without fee or compensation, the mug shot within 30 days of the person sending a written request. |
