SB 228 makes numerous administrative and clerical changes to the City of Snellville's charter. The bill establishes that municipal court judges serve at will and may be removed from office at any time, with or without cause, by the mayor upon confirmation by a vote of at least three councilmembers the city council unless otherwise provided by ordinance. |
