SB 373 amends O.C.G.A. 15-6-2 to provide for an eleventh judge of the superior courts in the Cobb Judicial Circuit, for an initial term beginning January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020. A successor to such judge shall be elected during the general election in November 2020, for a four-year term beginning January 1, 2021.
