SUMMARY: LC 33 7365

Would prohibit any school that receives funding under the Quality Basic Education Act from participating in, or providing coaching staff for interscholastic athletic events scheduled by any athletic association unless the association has separate regions and playoffs for private schools and public schools that have an enrollment of 640 students or less.
