SUMMARY: LC 49 1094

A student, referred to in the bill as an originating student, enrolled in a public school may choose to continue until all grades are completed at the school as long as they remain a resident of the school system.  The student may also go on to any school within the same high school cluster as the original school as long as they continue to live in the district.

Each sibling including stepsiblings and adoptive siblings of the originating student may choose to be enrolled throughout their K-12 education in the same schools as the originating student was as long as they stay continue to live in the district.
