SUMMARY: LC 50 0420

The bill directs the Georgia Student Finance Commission to establish participation and performance targets for the dual enrollment program.  By October 1st each year the Commission would provide the Governor and each chamber of the General Assembly a report including data required by the bill covering the three immediately preceding school years.
