SUMMARY: LC 47 2019

The bill revises the definition of "energy cost savings measure" by adding a purchase "designed to generate revenue." It adds a definition for "Facility."

The bill exempts energy savings contracts from competitive bidding. It removes from the contract provisions restrictions on improvements not causally related to am energy conservation measure.
