Staff Analysis of the Legislation

SUMMARY: LC 33 5482S  Revises eligibility requirements for HOPE scholarships for entering freshmen who are home schooled.  Changes the required score on the SAT or ACT from the 85th percentile to the 80th percentile.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval of the General Assembly and Governor.
