Staff Analysis of the Legislation

SUMMARY:  LC 33 5381  Allows students who graduated or received a GED prior to 1993 to be eligible for HOPE funds if the system failed to maintain accreditation.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and signature by the Governor.
