SUMMARY:

            This bill would amend Article 2 of Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the O.C.G.A. to provide for comprehensive revision of income tax credits for any enterprise, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, proprietorship, association, trust, business trust, real estate trust, or other form of organization engaged in business in Georgia other than retail.

REQUIREMENTS:

• This bill would amend the law that currently applies to manufacturers only.
• Changes are listed that would allow the investor to extend the income tax credits to property purchased for more than the one facility currently allowed in law.
