            This bill would amend Part 10 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to extend capital outlay grants to June 30, 2011.  This includes capital outlay projects, advance funding, exceptional growth, and low-wealth capital outlay grants.
