Staff Analysis of the Legislation

SUMMARY:  This bill would amend Chapter 5 of Title 20 and Chapter 2 of Title 48 to call for, upon any written complaint, investigation and enforcement of the constitutional requirement for public officers to file and pay all federal, state and local taxes.
