SUMMARY:  This bill would amend Code Section 16-10-6 of the O.C.G.A. relating to the sale of real or personal property to a local board of education (or other public entity) by a local officer or employee.  It would increase the maximum amount of sales that could be exempt from taxation to $500 from the current $200 per quarter..
