SUMMARY:  This bill would amend Code Section 48-8-3 of the O.C.G.A. to extend a sales tax exemption regarding sales to a nonprofit volunteer health clinic for the poor until June 30, 2013.

NOTE:  Here is another attempt to further reduce available revenue to the state and increase the likelihood of additional cuts to education funding.
