SUMMARY: This bill would amend Article 3 of Chapter 13 of Title 16 of the O.C.G.A. to include Salvia divinorum A in the list of dangerous drugs. It would also prohibit possession, planting, cultivation, growing, or harvesting Salvia divinorum A strictly for aesthetic, landscaping or decorative purposes.
