SUMMARY:  This bill would amend Article 3 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to provide for a nonbinding advisory referendum in a school system on whether or not school uniforms should be required.   The LBOE would have to vote on the matter within 60 days of the results of the referendum.
