This resolution expresses the support of the House for the goal of presenting �Baby�s first book� to all babies born in GA hospitals. We have the opportunity of encouraging local initiatives in providing this service
WHAT IS THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND THIS LEGISLATION?
It communicates the support of the General Assembly in local efforts.
THIS LEGISLATION:
