The bill addresses health care plans not paying providers for their care in a timely manner. This bill seeks to address the prompt or more timely payment.

This bill comes to the House Floor under the Modified Structured Rule as a Rules Substitute. The Rules Substitute added the “Georgia Pharmacy Practice Act”.
