SB 104 makes typographical and stylistic corrections to the code sections dealing with retirement. These corrections are handled in a separate bill because all changes to the retirement code are required to be reviewed by the Department of Audits and Accounts in order to determine possible fiscal impact.

This bill received a Do Pass recommendation from the Code Revision Committee and comes to the House Floor under the Modified Open Rule.

To make the Georgia Code as grammatically correct as possible.
