SB 128 holds the Office of Child Advocate to of standards of confidentiality. The bill also changes provisions dealing with permanency plans for foster children.

This bill will bind the Office of the Child Advocate to certain confidentially safeguards.  This bill also strengthens the rights of parties in deprivation proceedings.
