Committee: Budget & Fiscal Affairs Oversight

House Sponsor: Richard Royal

HB 529 corrects references to the "Legislative Budget Office" that appear throughout the code to reflect the separate House and Senate Budget Offices currently in place. This will allow reports and other matters which involved the joint office to now be directed to the separate offices. This bill also repeals code sections regarding the "Budgetary Responsibility and Oversight Committee" which is no longer in existence.

This bill received a Do Pass recommendation from the Budget & Fiscal Affairs Oversight Committee and comes to the House Floor under the Open Rule.
