The Original bill was the Grady nonprofit mandate legislation which required the Fulton DeKalb Hospital Authority to contract with a nonprofit hospital management corporation for the management and operation of Grady Hospital.

The House passed this bill under the Modified Structured Rule.

Further Action

The Senate added the “Public Hospital Integrity Act”. The House disagreed.
