Summary of the bill as introduced: Changes the name of the Local Government Fund to the Local Government Revenue Sharing Fund and requires the Fund for the upcoming fiscal year to increase by the same percentage that the state general fund is projected to increase, not to exceed five percent compared to the appropriation in the current fiscal year. |
