Staff Analysis of the Legislation
 SB 46 allows the director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control to authorize the reimbursement of 100% of a waste tire transporter or recycler's costs if the municipality applying for reimbursement is of the third, fourth, fifth, or sixth class.
