Staff Analysis of the Legislation

This bill states that a driver involved in an accident that results in damage to property but not injury to person should move out of travel lanes and onto the shoulder so as not to obstruct traffic and states that drivers should not speed if the speed causes the driver to lose control of the vehicle or to stay within a single travel lane. |
