| This bill amends the Tax Ad Valorem Title by providing that when a motor vehicle is donated to or purchased by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and when that vehicle is used solely for certain charitable purposes, then both the state and local TAVT rate is reduced to .50 percent of Fair Market Value. |
