This legislation encourages county law enforcement agencies to engage in emergency pursuits only when there is probable cause to believe that the person being pursued has committeed murder, armed robbery, rape, kidnapping, aggravated battery or any offense that creates an immediate threat of death, serious bodily injury or safety of another person. |
