SB 469 prohibits picketing at private residences. It also: requires the labor department and employers to post notices regarding nonparticipation in unions and the right to decertify unions; requires union wage deductions to have annual written authorization; and allows persons to be convicted of both conspiracy to commit criminal trespass and the completed crime of criminal trespass.
