This bill provides a sales tax exemption for the sale of personal property owned by a development authority if it is connection with a project for which the development authority issues bonds, revenue bonds, notes or other obligation or in connection with a project that the development authority uses other funds.  The property may be leased or sold by the development authority sales tax free.  The sales tax exemption applies to machinery, equipment and building materials.
