This bill authorizes dealers of new and used trailers to issue a temporary plate to the purchaser. The purchaser then has 30 days to register the trailer with the tag agent. Upon registration, the purchaser must surrender the temporary plate and the tag agent is required to destroy it. The Department of Revenue shall provide rules and regulations on plate design and the  implementation of this Code section.
