HB 647 amends an Act providing for the appointment of the chief magistrate of Clayton County, by revising subsection (f) of Section 2 as follows: "The chief magistrate of Clayton County shall receive an annual salary of $115,460.00. Such salary shall be increased in an amount equal to 85 percent of any increase in the county supplement paid to the judges of the Clayton Judicial Circuit. Such salary shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the funds of Clayton County."
