SB 233 changes the compensations of the clerk and the chief deputy clerk of the State Court of Cobb County. The salary of the chief deputy clerk shall be $101,252.69 to be paid in equal monthly installments from funds of Cobb County. The clerk of the State Court of Cobb County shall receive an annual salary of $112,502.90 payable in equal monthly installments from the funds of Cobb County.
