SUMMARY:  LC 40 0422  Current law prohibits school board members residing in counties with a population between 500,000 - 600,000   from holding any other elective office. HB 722 repeals this prohibition.  (Similar to HB 723)

EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon approval by the General Assembly and signature by the Governor.
