SUMMARY:  LC 34 3653 Requires local governments, including school districts, when taking bids for goods and services valued at $10,000 or more and for public works construction contracts valued at $100,000 or more shall advertise in the:
  • Georgia Procurement Registry
  • official legal organ of the local board of education
  • other media utilize by the local board of education when advertising bid opportunities, including the web site of the school district

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval of the General Assembly and Governor.
