SUMMARY:  This bill would amend Code Section 20-2-281 of the O.C.G.A. to provide for a temporary waiver of specific subject tests or grades’ tests if insufficient funds are appropriated for the student assessment program.  The waiver would be in effect for one year and would not apply to federal testing requirements.
