SUMMARY:  This bill would amend Chapter 11 of Title 16 by repealing all of Article 4, which relates to Possession of Dangerous Weapons, specifically carrying and possession of firearms, anti-terroristic training, enhanced criminal penalties and Brady Law regulations.
