SUMMARY:

            This bill would amend Code Section 48-8-45 of the O.C.G.A. to change provisions to authorize refunds from state revenues in addition to deductions on income taxes (already allowed) regarding credit card bad debts resulting from purchases of goods or services.

NOTE:

            This is another of many bills in the legislature that would result in chipping away at state revenues already in crisis.
