SUMMARY:

            This bill would amend Code Section 48-7-20 of the O.C.G.A. to provide for annual adjustments to taxable net income brackets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• After January 1, 2010, the Georgia Taxable Net Income brackets would be annually adjusted by the commissioner to reflect the effect of economic inflation or deflation on individual taxpayers.
