SUMMARY: This bill would amend Code Section 48-8-3 of the O.C.G.A. to require an exemption determination letter from the Agriculture Commissioner before the bearer would be eligible for a tax exemption on seed, fertilizer and/or feed.

NOTE: This action could increase state sales tax revenue to some extent.
