SUMMARY:  This bill would amend Code Section 48-3-3 of the O.C.G.A. to continue through December 31, 2012  a partial exemption from sales tax for natural gas and other fuels used for manufacture or processing.

NOTE:  Here is another attempt to further reduce available revenue to the state and increase the likelihood of additional cuts to education funding.
