The bill outlines the process for MIDA to petition a municipality for annexation, clarifies that MIDA is a local authority for DABC-licensed premises, includes a hotel condominium in the definition of a hotel for tax exempt status, and establishes a process for Hill Air Force Base to grant property to MIDA to exchange with UDOT to construct a new I-15  interchange at 1800 North.
