| State Representative Kelly T. Keisling has served the 38th House District in the Tennessee General Assembly since 2010.

Representative Keisling and wife, Janet, have been married 51 years and are the proud parents of three adult children, seven wonderful grandchildren, and two beautiful great-grandchildren. They reside in Byrdstown and are members of Etter Baptist Church. |
