| Neal Carter has been an Arizona resident for over 10 years. A graduate of UCLA (B.A., English, French Literature) and NYU School of Law, Mr. Carter returned to Arizona to establish himself because, as he puts it, "Arizona is a growing, vibrant place, filled with people with vision, and it's good to get in on the ground floor of a place that is growing as fast as Arizona is." Pinal County, in which San Tan Valley is situated, is the 2nd most fast-growing county in the United States. Mr. Carter currently works for FTI Consulting, Inc., a publicly-traded, global consultancy firm, with offices worldwide, including in Phoenix and Tucson. Prior to joining FTI, he worked in a legal capacity for Skadden, Arps and for the Tax Department of Baker and McKenzie (then the largest law firm in the world). Mr. Carter also has small-business experience, having managed a 9-person title insurance agency, and having founded his own title examining and abstracting agency, United Title Searchers, LLC, which is still in business today.
Mr. Carter's dedication to San Tan Valley runs deep- he purchased his home in San Tan Heights in 2010 and he is a founding board member of the Central Arizona Symphony, in residence at the Coolidge Performing Arts Center. Mr. Carter is a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in San Tan Valley, and currently broadcasts a podcast entitled "Positively San Tan Valley" highlighting local news and personalities who make a positive impact on the area. |
