Michele K. Rayner is an attorney and elected official residing in St. Petersburg. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Science in International Affairs from Florida State University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.
She was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2020 and has been reelected subsequently. In addition to her legislative service, she is a member of The Florida Bar and is affiliated with the Fred G. Minnis Sr. Bar Association, NAACP, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Rayner has received numerous accolades, including the AVVO Top Rated Attorney recognition, the Fred G. Minnis Sr. Bar Association Community Award, and the Rising Star designation by Super Lawyers. She is also a graduate of The Florida Bar Leadership Academy.
Outside of her professional and political career, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her three dogs- Hershey, Bella, and Prince Henry. She identifies as nondenominational in her religious affiliation. |
