Michael A. Caruso, a resident of Delray Beach, is a Certified Public Accountant. He is married to Tracy Lee "Tracy" Caruso of New York City, and they have seven children- Christy, Michael, Andrew, Caroline, JohnPaul, Kimmy, and Danny. They also have three grandchildren- Henry, Liliana, and James. Caruso earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The George Washington University. Born in Washington, DC, he moved to Florida in 1986.
A Protestant, Caruso enjoys fishing, tennis, and waterskiing. He was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2018 and has been reelected subsequently.
His affiliations include serving on the Delray Beach Police Advisory Board and as President of both the Villas of Ocean Crest Homeowners Association and the Atlantic Grove Condominium Association. He has coached Delray Beach National Little League for over 30 years and has been involved as a Cub Scout and Boy Scout Leader. Additionally, he has been a former member of the Delray Beach Parking Management Advisory Board and the West Atlantic Redevelopment Coalition, where he co-chaired the Economic Committee.
Among his achievements, Caruso was the 2017 National Men's IV Barefoot Water Skiing Silver Medalist. |
