Kristen Aston Arrington is a small business owner specializing in marketing and consulting. She is married to Brandon Arrington of Kissimmee, Florida.
Born in Holiday, Florida, she attended Valencia College, earning an A.A. degree. She has a strong family history in public service, as her husband, Brandon Arrington, has served as an Osceola County Commissioner since 2008, and her mother-in-law, Mary Jane Arrington, has been the Osceola Supervisor of Elections since 2008 and previously served as an Osceola County Commissioner from 1998 to 2002.
Arrington was elected to the Florida Senate in 2024 after serving in the Florida House of Representatives from 2020 to 2024. She has been recognized for her legislative work with the Florida Association of Counties Legislative Excellence Award and the Florida League of Cities Legislative Appreciation Award in 2024.
She is actively involved in several organizations, including the Hispanic Chamber of Metro Orlando, Osceola Chamber of Commerce, Osceola Democratic Executive Committee, Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, and St. Cloud Democrats.
