Health care and education organizer, formerly at the Healthy Illinois campaign, Protect Our Care Illinois and Chicago Teachers Union. Over a decade in community-driven advocacy to protect, expand and improve health care, including leading efforts to make Illinois the first state in the country to offer health care to immigrant adults. Active part of mutual aid efforts in Chicago's northwest side during community responses to support neighbors impacted by COVID-19 and newcomer asylum seekers.
