Representative Clere was raised in Floyd County, and went to college at Indiana University Southeast. He currently resides in New Albany, with his wife Amy, and their two kids. As a newly elected State Representative, Representative Clere is committed to expanding Indiana's historic-preservation tax credits, government accountability and reforming local government. He plans to push for these reforms while in Indianapolis. Representative Clere knows that improving education is imperative to the success of Indiana in the future. Through his position on the House Committee on Education, he will focus on spending money where it counts, in the classroom, on students and teachers. He is committed to improving education for all Hoosiers and allowing parents to have more options for their children's education. |
