Born and raised in Great Bend, Kansas, Tory Marie Arnberger's heart has never left the midwest. Tory Marie attended Fort Hays State University and received her bachelor of science in Business Education. She filed for office during her senior year of college and was elected at the age of 23. Tory Marie is a teacher and DECA advisor in a rural school district and is also the youngest Kansas Legislator since 2017.
For the 2019-2020 Legislative Session, Tory Marie serves on Federal and State Affairs and Human and Health Services Committees, and is the Vice Chair of the General Government Budget. Also, she was named Deputy Whip for this session as well. Tory Marie is also a graduate of the 2018 class of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Public Excellence Series.
While in Great Bend, Tory Marie is a board member of the Family Crisis Center and the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development. She is an ambassador for the Hoisington Chamber of Commerce and is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). Tory Marie is also the recruitment and philanthropy advisor for her local sorority chapter, Delta Zeta. In her free time you can find her on the golf course or in the kitchen cooking. |
