Representative Josh Calloway has represented the 10th House District which includes Breckinridge County and a portion of Hardin County. He has served on the House Agriculture Committee, the Economic Development and Workforce Investment Committee and the Small Business and Information Technology Committee, Education Committee, Elections, Constitutional Amendments and Intergovernmental Affairs, and Health Services.
Calloway grew up in Fordsville, KY. He graduated from Homeschool. He went on to pursue his Safety and Health Management Certification from Eastern KY University.
In addition to his role as State Representative, Calloway has worked in the manufacturing and pipeline industries.
He is an active members of this local community. He currently serves as preacher, volunteer jail chaplain, music director and piano player at Pleasant View Baptist Church. He's also director of Hope Through Truth Ministries and the Hope Academy, a transitional living home for at-risk men.
Together, he and his wife Angela are parents of 5 children in Irvington, KY and currently are blessed with 4 grandchildren. |
